By accessing or using the SiteDash Development Preview website and desktop application ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

Description of Services

SiteDash provides a Drupal site management dashboard that allows you to monitor, manage, and maintain your Drupal sites from a single interface. The Development Preview provides early access to SiteDash features for testing and feedback purposes.

Account Registration

To access the Development Preview, you must register for an account and be approved by our team. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke access to the Development Preview at our sole discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers connected to the Services
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software
  • Share your account credentials or API tokens with unauthorized parties
  • Use the Services to transmit malicious code or conduct security attacks
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Services without our written consent

Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, content, design, and documentation, are owned by SiteDash and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Services does not grant you any ownership rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

Development Preview

The Development Preview is provided for testing and evaluation purposes. You acknowledge that:

  • The software is in active development and may contain bugs or incomplete features
  • Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice
  • Data stored during the preview period may be reset or deleted
  • The preview period may end at any time

Bug Reports and Feedback

By submitting bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback, you grant SiteDash a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into our products and services.

API Usage

If you are granted API access, you agree to:

  • Use API tokens only for their intended purpose
  • Keep your API tokens confidential and secure
  • Comply with any rate limits or usage restrictions
  • Not use the API to collect data for competing products or services

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteDash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
