Frequently Asked Questions

What is SiteDash?
SiteDash is a multi-site management dashboard that lets you monitor, manage, and maintain all of your websites from a single, unified interface — whether they run on Drupal, WordPress, Next.js, or any other stack.
How do I join the Development Preview?
Click Apply for Development Preview on the home page or the registration page. Fill in your details and submit. Your application will be reviewed and you will receive an email once approved.
What platforms are supported?
macOS, Linux, and Windows builds are available. You can download the appropriate build for your operating system from the releases page once you have been approved as a preview tester.
How do I report a bug?
Sign in and visit the Bug Reports page. Click Submit Bug Report, fill in the details including steps to reproduce, and submit. Our team reviews every report.
Is SiteDash free?
The Development Preview is free for approved testers. Pricing for the general release will be announced closer to launch.
How often are new builds released?
We release builds regularly as new features are completed and bugs are fixed. Check the Changelog for the latest release notes and version history.
Which platforms does SiteDash support?
SiteDash works with any website you can reach over the web. You can add Drupal, WordPress, Next.js, static sites, and custom applications side by side in the same dashboard. Deeper integrations — such as module and plugin inventories, security advisory matching, and audit exports — are available today for Drupal and WordPress, with more platform-specific integrations planned.
How do I reset my password?
Click the Forgot your password? link on the sign-in page. Enter your email address and you will receive a one-time login link to reset your password.
What data does SiteDash collect from my sites?
For sites running the SiteDash Drupal module or WordPress plugin, SiteDash collects module/plugin versions, CMS core version (Drupal or WordPress), PHP version, and publicly available security advisories relevant to your installed software. For other sites, SiteDash collects only what it needs to perform the checks you enable (availability, response times, Lighthouse metrics, SSL status, and similar public signals). SiteDash never accesses your site's database content, user data, or private files.
Can I manage multiple sites?
Yes — SiteDash is built for agencies and site builders managing many sites from a single dashboard, across any mix of platforms. You can add as many sites as you need and organize them with tags for easy filtering.
How do I get API access?
API tokens can be generated from the admin panel. Contact the SiteDash team if you need elevated access. Tokens are passed in the X-SiteDash-Token header with each request.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet. SiteDash is currently available as a desktop application for macOS, Linux, and Windows. A mobile-friendly web interface and native mobile apps are on the roadmap for a future release.
How do I uninstall SiteDash?
On macOS, drag SiteDash from your Applications folder to the Trash. On Linux, run ./uninstall.sh from the installation directory. On Windows, use Add or Remove Programs from the Settings app.
Where can I find the changelog?
Visit the Changelog page for a complete history of all releases, features, and bug fixes.
